Defending Our Faith

If you have ever been frustrated trying to defend the doctrine of the Trinity, or sharing the gospel with a Mormon, or discussing who Jesus is with a Jehovah’s Witness, this class is for you. We will cover the Trinity, Mormonism, and Jehovah’s Witnesses with in-depth instruction, class dialogue, and testimonies.
This class is designed to help you understand Biblical Christian doctrine and provide practical ways to approach your Mormon and Witness neighbors, and family members with love and concern.
Facilitator: Don McAreavy, Vigilant Minds Calgary
When: Every Tuesday, January 6—March 24, 2026
Where: Central Campus, NW 342 A/B/C
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00 pm
Each class will have 1.5 hours of instruction and half an hour for discussion, review, and questions.
Room 342 is on the 3rd floor of the expansion wing on the west side of the main campus at 3900 - 2nd Street NE.

The last class asked for a $10:00 registration fee to cover the cost of the handout booklet.

Also please invite Latter-day Saints and Jehovah's Witnesses to attend.
This is not in a church, this is in an office building, so Latter-day Saints and Jehovah's Witnesses can attend.

Our Annual Vigilant Minds Christmas Potluck!
Vigilant Minds had another outstanding Potluck to Celebrate the Christmas Season, it was held on December 4th at Don and Dianne's home. Dozens were in attendance, and we enjoyed a large variety of delicious food, and warm joyous fellowship!
